Why DealxHire exists

Millions of young Nigerians have skills, phones and time, but no trusted way to turn them into steady income. Small businesses have demand, but no affordable way to find, vet and pay the people who can meet it.

We built three products to close parts of that gap — DealxHire for work, OfferxBank for selling and DealxMentor for learning. Each solved one problem and shared nothing: separate logins, wallets, referral codes and admin teams. DealxHire brings them together on one identity, one wallet, one escrow ledger and one referral network, while each workspace still works as a complete product.

How we make money

We take a small, published share of money that moves through the platform, and only when members earn. Splits are versioned and announced 30 days ahead; a Fees Council with elected member representatives reviews them every quarter.

What we won't do

• Pay anyone for sign-ups. Referral earnings come only from real, paid activity, and only one level deep.
• Hold your money outside licensed partners. Collections and payouts run through Flutterwave.
• Host farming or agro-commerce listings, or any program owned by E-WIN.

Where we are

We're launching in Lagos and Abuja, then Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Enugu and Kano, followed by Ghana and Kenya.
