How do I withdraw my earnings?
Add a bank account in your own name, complete the required identity checks, and request a withdrawal from your available balance. Holds and any fees are shown before you confirm.
How are AI suggestions used?
AI helps you draft scopes, proposals, reports and learning plans. Review and edit every suggestion; people make hiring, approval and dispute decisions.
What happens to my application and files?
Application details are available to the applicant and authorised hiring team. Uploaded files are private and downloads use short-lived links after an access check.
